Product Description Eliminate the guesswork of whether you've reached proper torque on important fittings with an automatic torque wrench--you'll hear the 'click' at your set poundage. Don't let our appealing price fool you--this is a very well-made low torque-setting wrench

Cheapest 3/8" torque wrench on Amazon October 24, 2009 Scott (NJ) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I needed it for a timing chain replacement on my truck. Rating is based on supposition, since I can't check its accuracy. It seemed to work fine. It is reversible, but checks torque only in clockwise direction. Marked in inch/pounds (divide by 12 for foot/pounds) and M/Kgs. I don't know why manufacturer uses inch/pounds instead of foot/pounds, as it adjusts in increments of foot/pounds. I saw other wrenches with very similar photo and description, so I get the feeling that this wrench may be sold under several brands.
used it several times. always seems to work great. release the spring when you are done January 10, 2010 Z. Smith (Lake Erie, Ohio.) I used this a few times and its a great cheap accurate tool. if you used it every day im sure it would wear out but im sure a snap on would too.... just release the pressure from the spring when you are done. works good cheap and accurate!
It Works But Don't Forget to Click It a Few Times Before Each Use October 9, 2009 Jack C. Crossen 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
This torque wrench is adequate considering the price. Before you use it you need to hold the drive fitting with another wrench and click and release it a few times to lubricate the internal mechanism. If you don't do that you'll find you are over-tightening stuff. They mention this in the instructions but just in case you are like me and aren't big on reading instructions I thought I'd pass that on.
Good price and work March 2, 2009 Jeong Jang C. Lu (USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I use this only for changing oild filter in my car. It works. However, the product is not professinoal built. Anyway, it's good enough!
Ideal for the home mechanic January 18, 2010 1000km (USA) This torque wrench is well-suited to the home mechanic, being sturdy, easy to use and nicely-priced. I use it to ensure that my wheel nuts are correctly torqued when I switch between summer and winter tires. I can't vouch for its use in a more demanding environment (such as a professional auto shop), but for my purposes its ideal.
