The package arrived closed and unmarred; there were spots on each stick where the paint was peeled, but otherwise looked new. Tooltopia said they would accept a return, but I decided to keep the set. The paint probably cracked when the sticks were tested. I love having these paired with an 18volt liIon impact wrench! The whole set cost a little more than one Snap-On torque stick for 21mm truck tire lugs.

I bought this from HobbyToolSupply, unfortunately, I made a mistake and ordered to sets of torque sticks. The return policy could not have been better handled by the folks at HobbyToolSupply. I can recommend them without reservations.
